In order to secure our services and reserve your date; a NON REFUNDABLE deposit in the amount of 35% is due upon execution of contract.  The remaining balance will be divided and billed into monthly payments with the final payment due 30 days prior to event date.

 This package provides you with a stress-free experience while planning the most important day of your life.  Our team of professionals will walk you through your entire planning process, focusing on creating a your dream wedding while providing excellent customer service and alleviating your stress!

SERVICES FOR THIS PACKAGE INCLUDE:

  •  Initial consultation with the Client 

  • Unlimited phone and email availability  

  • Three wedding planning meetings between Client and Planner 

  • Help preparing and understanding the Wedding/Event budget 

  • Preparation of a wedding/event timeline and checklists  Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of event  venue(s) (Wedding Ceremony & Reception)  

  • Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding/event) 

  • Wedding/Event etiquette advice 

  • Assistance with selection of Wedding/Event attire  

  • Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings  

  • Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding/event are provided in a timely manner 

  • Ongoing updates and consultation with the client about vendors services/products 

  • Assistance with selection of wedding/event invitations, save-the-date cards, place cards, programs, etc.

  • Assistance with tracking RSVPs Wedding  

  • Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding/event

  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding/event 

  • Final meeting covering all details with client (month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding). This two-hour planning meeting will include:  Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement  Preparation of rehearsal and wedding/event day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors

  •  Final walk-through with client at selected sites   Collection and inventory of wedding/event items to be set-up on wedding day (candles, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, photographs, guest books, table numbers, programs, seating cards)  

  • Setup of décor available at *****additional cost****  Access to Event Décor Galore's linen & décor inventory (separate rental fees apply 10% discount) 

  • Review of all vendor contracts  

  • Distribute any final payments 

  • Act as Mistress of Ceremony  

  • On-Site coordination and management during Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Event) 

  • Lead & Assistant Planner to coordinate the Wedding/Event Day (10 hours on-site included) 

  • Lead & Assistant Planner to assist and/or over see event site locations setup and breakdown on event day (10 hours on site included) 

  • Setup of Client Provided Decor OR

  • Utilize Event Decor Galore's Design & Decorating Services (separate fees apply 25% discount)

  • Management of Wedding Rehearsal by the Lead & Assistant Planner (up to one & half hours) 

  • Creation of Ceremony/Event logistics plan 

  • Creation of Reception introduction line ups
